tenant screening

I very well appreciate your article that provides emphasis on the importance of tenants. First and foremost it’s absolutely vital you know the criminal history of your new tenants. A proper background screen will give you address history for your new tenant.

I think it goes both ways. The tenant screening process not only helps the landlord get the tenants he wants, it also helps those looking for a place not to get into a situation that isn't right for them. That could help some of these unfortunate foreclosures as well as the long term credit of potentinal residents
